- A convenient, automated online system is available for direct withdrawal from either your bank or a credit card.
- Wellscape recommends a minimum commitment of three months to best learn about you and your healthcare needs.

- Age 18-25 years: $45/month
- Age 26-34 years: $75/month
- Age 35-64 years: $100/month
- Age 65+ years: $125/month
