Wellscape Celebrates 5 Years!

I am so happy and proud to celebrate 5 years since Wellscape Direct MD opened! Particularly during the stress of this pandemic year, I am so grateful to have the support of colleagues, friends, family, and most of all, my patients! I would not be here without all of you, and could not be more appreciative. Thank you!

COVID-19 Updates

As you are all well-aware, the vaccines have arrived! Pfizer-BioNTech, and now Moderna, have obtained emergency use authorization (EUA) from the FDA. This means they have had their data and trials reviewed by an FDA advisory panel, comprised of experts and specialists, and then approved based on their opinions.

Here is a good head-to-head comparison of these two vaccines from STAT.

Here is additional and updated information about the vaccines so far approved by the CDC.

If you’re wondering when you may be eligible to receive a vaccine, here is how it’s rolling out in MA. I’m looking forward to mine, as soon as I’m eligible – will keep you posted!

Meanwhile, we need to remain vigilant and adhere to the current recommendations: wear a mask, keep distance, wash hands/surfaces.

As expected, there has been a surge after Thanksgiving travel, so please be careful so as not to put yourself and your loved ones in unnecessary danger, especially as we are so close to better times!
